■Hot Spring Bathhouse
Enjoy the natural hot springs while gazing upon the magnificent nature stretching out before you. We use water from the source, adjusted to a comfortable temperature with added water, and circulated through filtration.
*Tap water is used for the Jacuzzi, cold bath, and full-body showers.
Both men's and women's baths are spacious at 8,300 square feet. The water is a mildly alkaline simple hot spring, known for its beautifying properties. An open-air bath is also available.
Open from daytime through late night and early morning (except during cleaning hours).

Pool&Spa

natural light.
The pool has a mist sauna and a jacuzzi, so you can refresh after a relaxing swim.

Dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are served at O's Dining, the international
buffet restaurant within NASPA New Otani. Please check operating hours
and other details at the front desk upon check-in. Children aged 4 and
older are subject to a charge.

■NASPA Ski Garden
NASPA Ski Garden connects directly to the hotel. Its course layout ensures you can ski back to the hotel entrance no matter which run you take, making it perfect for beginners. Furthermore, it features a rare 'ski-only slope' in Japan. Enjoy skiing safely, regardless of your skill level.
Facilities and features abound for young children to play safely, including a Kids Garden with a snow escalator for sledding fun and a snow play area. The ski-only slope provides peace of mind for families.
