Echigo Yuzawa Garden Tower Hotel is an independently operated accommodation facility located within the NASPA Garden Tower on the grounds of NASPA New Otani.
Guests staying at the hotel may use facilities such as the NASPA New Otani hot spring baths.

□Please use the front desk at NASPA New Otani for check-in and check-out procedures.
□Please present a printed copy of your ‘Reservation Confirmation Email’ or show the email on your screen to the front desk staff upon check-in.
□Guests arriving by car should present a printed copy of their reservation confirmation email or show the email on their device to the staff at the NASPA New Otani entrance.
□We do not accept reservations for restaurants or similar establishments.

The basic cancellation policy is as follows. Special cancellation policies apply to special plans and other arrangements.

・No-show　　 　100% of the accommodation fee
・On the day　　 100% of the accommodation fee
・1 day ago　　 　50% of the accommodation fee
・2～6 day ago 　 20% of the accommodation fee
